Lohri marks the end of winter season, celebrated around the bonfire, and is a traditional welcome of longer days and the sun’s journey to the northern hemisphere. Visit the Gobindgarh Fort, Jallianwala bagh & Golden Temple. Get the blessing in the form of Langar at the Golden Temple. After an early lunch, we start our journey to Dalhousie. visit some local churches and Gandhi Chowk Shopping Plaza in the evening. Overnight at Dalhousie.
Day 3 - 12 Jan 2020
Today visit the Switzerland of India, Khajjiar, if weather permits. Khajjiar Lake, situated in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, takes its name from Khajji Nag, the deity in the temple nearby, with evergreen cedar trees surrounding it from all sides. Proceed to your rural stay in a 100 year old pahadi house over a water run flour mill. Enjoy the serenity. Also Overnight at Chamba.
Day 4 - 13 Jan 2020
Start back to Amritsar. Reach Amritsar by afternoon and engage yourself in Lohri festivities. If you feel like, get dressed up in your traditional attire and enjoy a hearty Lohri with bonfire, food, dance & much more in an authentic Punjabi environment.
Day 5 - 14 Jan 2020
Go for an elaborate food walk with our very engaging host. We bet, you will be tempted to eat more than your stomach allows! Depart as per your flight/train schedule.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities, personal flight delays and aspect beyond our control. We will definitely facilitate an alternative and handle the contingency, the cost being yours.
Terms & Conditions
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:
- If cancelled 90 days or more in advance, cancellation fee is 12% of the trip amount.
- 25% of the trip cost if cancelled 89 – 60 days in advance.
- 50% of the trip cost if cancelled 59 to 16 days in advance.
- Last 15 days – no show – entire amount will be forfeited.
- If you use our services to book flights, cancellation charges of the flights will apply.
Disclaimer
- 50% of the trip cost is required to confirm the booking. You can avail discount if you pay in one go.
- The booking does not include flights as the flight rates are extremely unpredictable. However, we can help you book your flights for the trip
- All our trips are well-researched, including identifying access to medical facilities. In case of a medical emergency, F5 will assist the traveler in getting medical attention.
- F5 Escapes is in no way responsible for any untoward incident happening due to the ignorance/negligence of the guests, natural/man-made calamities, accidents or any other events that are out of human control during the trip.
- F5 reserves the right to cancel the trip under certain conditions – in such a case, the amount will be refunded in full.

Reach Amritsar on 10th January by noon and book your return journey after 3PM on 14th January.

Snow disrupts plans in the Himalayas. So if there is a snowfall in or around Dalhousie, we may not be able to visit all the places. However, there will be snow! And that itself will be pretty amazing.Those days are best for unwinding, reading or just soaking in the Himalayas.

The retreat ceremony at Wagah is something you need to prepare for, expect it to be crowded. You need to be there well in time to grab the seats.

NOTE ABOUT SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
Everyone joining is an adult and we realise that we cannot dictate the behaviour on how you should enjoy the trip. All we ask is to drink responsibly. Hangover delays are going to cost a lot, and will not be tolerated at all. So please do not test your limits and enjoy in moderation. Also, do respect your roommate’s comfort levels with the alcohol smell and avoid drinking in the room if she is not comfortable.
If you smoke, please do so outside the room, even if the rooms have ashtray.
