About Supritha M Krishna

Supritha M Krishna is an interior designer who also enjoys designing lighting using the products of Indian artisans. Photography is her way of engaging with the world and sees the world through her camera even when it’s not there.

Supritha says that she finds life fascinating, whether it’s the man on the street, an insect lying on the road, a leaf unfurling or a shawl weaver in the mountains. It’s amazing to be able to spend some time with all these aspects of life and to attempt a little narrative about their effect on her.

Travel is her window to the world, whether it is just to neighborhood market place or a far flung destination.
This wanderlust has lead her to many places within her own city and outside of it – an old village nestled in the mountains, an interesting coffee shop in the middle of the city, stunning landscapes in the monsoon, little places that serve the most amazing food- all interesting in different ways, different places. She has been bitten hard by the travel bug and she hopes that she’s never cured.
